Gicha Molded Ply Train Stools By Kamkam

protection_project_train.jpg

There's a pretty nice-looking, little kid bed in the shape of a Korean bootie. But this molded ply chair/train, Gicha, is the sweetest piece in Seoul design studio KamKam's Protection collection, which debuted in 2011 at the Arumjigi Culture Keepers Foundation furniture exhibition.

Arumjigi is charged with preserving and honoring Korean tradition and culture, which is why they invited ten designers and firms to create furniture for a new bauhaus in Korea."
