How much better is the new Parwan detention center than the nearby Bagram torture and abuse center it replaces? Well, for one thing, it's got a visitor center with an awesome Rainbow Play Systems Original Sunshine Clubhouse almost as nice as the one at the White House.

That gets my vote as saddest picture in the world, but given that there are 2.3 million incarcerated in the US (yes I know Parwan is in Afghanistan), this is something that could be duplicated hundreds of times across the States.
I'm sure Sheriff Arpaio provides a lovely adventure playground for the children of his inmates.
