I'm sure it's pronounced Prey-nah-TALL. PrÈnatal is actually a chain of moderately sized Dutch baby stores, more Right Start, than Buy Buy Baby. They have clothes (just as generic as US mall clothes), strollers, car seats and small stuff, but not big furniture.
One thing that caught my eye: this pretty basic square high chair, called the Kinderstoel Budget. If someone says it looks like the ones at Denny's, tell them, no, it's inspired by the early 1920's De Stijl high chair designs of Gerrit Rietveld.
I don't know if that's true, but it'll shut them up long enough for you to stun your critics into silence by converting the high chair into a toddler-sized table and chair.
Naturally, it packs flat, and assembles and reassembles in just hours, so if you're looking for something to fill your luggage allowance, you may be in luck.

These chairs are somewhat unstable and take hours to put together. They are also not very spill-proof and are available in US @125 each.
We bought this one online. It's not at all wobbly. The only drawback is that there is no safety strap to keep our son from climbing out (which he can't do yet even if he wanted). We were able to fashion our own safety strap. Oh, and the assembly instructions? Only in German. Thankfully, the illustrations are clear. http://store.babycenter.com/product/gear/highchairs_and_booster_seats/highchairs/5043
