If it's a 1-yo we're talking about, the answer is almost inevitably "too quiet."
I was just trying to get some work done before my dad got into town this afternoon, and so I really wanted K2 to be just fine in her room, quietly doing whatever she was doing.
Which turned out to be eating a tube of Burt's Bees lip balm, which she announced by running out and swan diving onto the sofa, which is now streaked with white.
On the bright side, she does have minty fresh breath...
Funny - my son has done the same thing with that lip balm. I would guess it has something to do with the natural ingredients, but he'll also eat a Cherry Chapstick...
