A trip to Lowe's and a weekend in the garage were all it took for a dad named Shane to build this stores-flat playhouse for his daughters.
Though the flickr photos are dated 2005, so I'm assuming that the girls flipped this playhouse before it was even finished and upgraded to one with the double-height entry.
This one's been on the market for almost 11 months now, no takers, even with the granite & cherry play kitchen thrown in.
