My elementary school had swoopy graphics like this once, I think. And according to the box, Canadian designer Ted Butler's complete Supergraphic set makes it super easy to create your very own Electric Company-ish graphics, "even if you've never painted before!"

Then, of course, you open the box, and there's a ruler and a roll of masking tape, and a ruler, and that's it. So yeah, good luck.
