"It's product placement at it's [sic] finest."

That's Ronn Torossian, President & CEO of 5W Public Relations, quoted in a press release from his firm:

Product Placement at its Finest - Los Angeles Celebrity Product Placement Division of 5W Successfully Places Belly Maternity Product in the Most Anticipated Baby Photo of All Time

Of course, they're not as good at placing apostrophes, or the name of their actual client, which doesn't appear until the subtitle, behind two mentions of the PR firm itself. Or the name of the shirt's actual designer, Kingsley.

My husband and I were speculating that the baby's middle name itself (reportedly in honor of Jean Nouvel, the French architect?) was perhaps a result of a brilliant undercover name placement deal. As a member of the French intelligentsia, Nouvel himself can easily claim ignorance of or even disdain for the ultimate American pop baby-- while his name is promulgated by EVERY SINGLE MEDIA OUTLET IN THE FREE WORLD. Marketing schemes just don't get any better than that.
