I think he must have fonder memories of working on the much-hated Moxy show than anyone could have imagined.
I think Moxie is a great name, but she will no doubt be changing it to something like Emma or Alice when she gets older, much like her spiritual brother Zowie Bowie, who now goes by Duncan or Joey.
As for middle names, my vote is for "Nix", as in "Mox Nix":
