Swedish photographer Jens S. Jensen tells the story of taking the great picture that the MoMA curators decided to use to establish the identity of the exhibition, the 1973 shot of a kid named Michael hanging off the concrete wall of Hammarkullen, a modernist Gothenburg housing development:
