Vintage Molded Ply Kids Chairs At Mid Mod

Once you build a mold for the plywood, it's just a matter of coming up with all the different uses for the shape you can now make.

That's my takeaway from this odd, 1970 chair and fish-shaped storage box or whatever combo at Mid Mod design. Christian's actually found a couple of these, some with a retail history, so they're not some Dutch hippie carpenter's one-off project.
