I Give Up, Where's The Retractable Baby Bed?

I was so keyed up to the a custom Korean playroom in the NY Times' Home Section slideshow today, that I completely missed this photo, which purports to show "a retractable shelf" which "could be used as a baby bed."

Fortunately, DT reader Sudha caught it. Though neither of us can really figure out what they're talking about. Because surely, it can't be what we think they're talking about. Right?

As for that playroom, it turns out to be a couple of futons in the basement.
