The way I heard it--which seems not to be true--is that Berlinomat is an official city branding project in the form of a souvenir vending machine in the Hauptbahnhof, the main train station. Well, it's just a store that happens to focus on Berlin-based designers, a slicker, designier version of the Kiosk concept.
In any case, I like the look of this Lololand boardbook, and the motto: "Berlin is gross und ich bin klein." But who knows? Who is Michael Beyer? What is Lololand besides a couple of penguin graphics on a pile of German Cafepress t-shirts? Also, EUR13 for a boardbook?
LOLOLAND - Bilderbuch - Berlin ist gross und ich bin klein, EUR12,90 [berlinomat.com via some designblog or another]
