Vintage DIY Scooter: They Don't Make Them Like They Used To

Instructions:

Take one set of roller skate wheels, an old handlebar, a 2x4, some boards. Add a bent sheet of tin to give it that proper Ralph Kramden Drives This Bus snout, then paint it with whatever's left over from redoing the garage.

Let sit for sixty years, sell for $450.
