Alternadad: The Comic Adaptation In The Voice

I am so cool. I am so cool. Everybody loves me. I am so cool.

The cartoonists need a few extra weeks to formulate their responses, I guess. Neal Pollack's Alternadad gets a cartoon review from Ward Sutton in the Village Voice this week.

It's not very funny, but it makes me think of The Simpsons, which IS funny.

And Sutton makes a good point about the no-win, bring your kid up on Nine Inch Nails situation: your 1990's music is already old man music to those little whippersnapper punks in their crazy tight jeans and Shaggy haircuts and their MySpace.
