DT: As a consumer in a celebrity-focused culture, I find it interesting, but as a parent, I have to say, it's really hard to see; I mean, parenting's hard enough if there's not paparazzi staked out in front of your house or following you around. What's your take on it?
ACP: We're pretty lucky, because we don't get too much of that [i.e., the stakeouts]. We have some friends, though, who the paparazzi has made so miserable, their child has nightmares about it. Kids didn't ask for us in their world.
