YouTube Is Now TheirTube

Whoa, YouTube has apparently updated their terms of use to give the company and its successors a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content you upload to it anyway they see fit.

Just so you know. BoingBoing's got a roundup with some of the details and what it means for music and video producers--or anyone who uploads pictures of their kid or whatever.
