In an attempt to show that his love of stupid coinages will not be overshadowed by his penchant for inflammatory ideas, a new government minister in the UK recently suggested that 'dodgy dads' could be subjected to electronic "tagging" and curfews until they got all paid up on the child support.
An earlier proposal to monitor 'dodgy dads' by blanketing the whole country with video surveillance cameras, then start forcing them to take off their hats in public so's they can't avoid being photographed has proven ineffective. But it does wonders for the CCTV industry, so they're keeping it.
