Hats off to Curbed for reporting on a print ad for Tribeca Green, a new rental building in the much-praised PS 89 school district, that read:
Jack and Ellen met at Goldman Sachs. Now they're taking their kids public.
Let me go out on a limb here and say that if Jack and Ellen are at Goldman Sachs this year, when the $11 billion in employee bonuses are parcelled out, they have no need for a rental apartment building of any sort.
