FDA Issues Paxil Warning: Pregnancy Just Got More Depressing

The FDA issued recommendations that pregnant women taking Paxil should consult with their doctors about switching because of a significantly increased incidence of fetal heart defects associated with the antidepressant.

I'd go into more detail, but unfortunately, I don't know the history of psychiatry; I've been too busy helping hundreds of people--personally--get off drugs. And besides, my morning 2-liter Diet Coke hasn't kicked in yet.
