A couple of years ago, a dad named Snoop Dogg got involved coaching his sons' little league football team in Los Angeles. The team got new uniforms, a thumpin' bus, and a lot of attention.
Now, Snoop has broken from the long-established youth football conferences to start his own Snoop Youth Football League, and it's causing quite a stir all over town.
Snoop can be as involved as he wants to be, fine. But is it just me harboring 25-year-old bitterness from the bench (I played pygmy basketball, not football), or is it an odd coincidence that the team's "star player" is also the coach's son?
