Ben posted an analysis of Trixie--yes, of the MSNBC and NYT Trixies--Trixie's shifting nap patterns, which is pretty cool, even if it does mean he doesn't get to shower anymore.
While I don't have any empirical data or sweet infographics, we've been shifting the kid from three half-assed, unpredictable naps a day to two solid ones, and the results have been pretty encouraging. I can actually get work done, and--d'oh, there she is.
