This sounds like fake news. A 7-year old kid in Siberia was abandoned at three months by his mother, then later by his "drunken invalid" father. He was raised by the family's old dog, until the bitch [sic] got in trouble for not registering him in school. School officials found him running around on all fours, growling in the ruins of the family's farmhouse.

Now he's living in an orphanage, walking upright, and using sign language with his little girlfriend, which sounds like a suspiciously steep development arc to me. But I'm sure we can trust whatever we hear coming out of Russia, right?
