Sheesh. Two kids, ages 3 and 1, died after apparently being submerged in a scalding, overflowing bathtub in Yonkers. The mother's charged with negligence and the baby daddy of the youngest one is on the hook for manslaughter. Police say "drugs" and "intentionally scalded." Neighbors with a gift for understatement say sure, they're unemployed, but they're all about the kids: "Everything was the kids," Mrs. Serrano said. "The kids, the kids, the kids. This was some type of mistake."

How can anyone accidentaly drown thier babies in scalding hot water is beyond me. I have two children ages 3 and 1 and I would never leave them alone in the tub let alone put them in scalding hot water to begin with. Somebody is really sick here that is all I know!

Second; This is premeditated murder. Strongest punishment possible should befall both these people, plus they should rot in hell (or equivalent place of unpleasantness that fits your belief) for all eternity! Absolutely unforgivable behaviour!
There was an anti-marijauna episode of Dragnet very similar to this.
