It's a tribute to Mary Blair's artistic genius that the problems with this 100% cotton tapestry with metallic thread accents are nothing that a pair of tassel shears and a dip into the Understated bin at the curtain rod finial store couldn't fix.

I so love this tapestry - I have it hanging in our nursery, above the changing table. My son peers at it while I dress him, and it gives me something to look at when I'm in the rocking chair.
I do admit to not making the aesthetic changes, though - I was excited to hang it up, so I used the pictured birdcage rod and I've been too lazy to swap it out, and those tassels have been mighty useful for diverting a restless baby's attention during diaper changes.
