DT reader Craig reports:
"While my wife and I would still choose the seat between us for sanitary reasons, the new trains do have fold-down changing tables. I would also worry about a sudden decelleration, which might send your little one sliding into the toilet."
I don't think that's a typo, btw. Metro North's toilets are notorious for their decelleration.
